Your Next Level of Leadership Demands a New Level of Communicationam
When Communication Is No Longer Just a Skill — It’s Your Most Strategic Asset
Senior leaders are often the most capable people in the room — and the least likely to have had anyone invest in how they communicate at the level they now occupy. That gap has consequences. You may be ready for executive coaching if…
- You're stepping into or preparing for a succession role, and need your communication to level up
- You lead high-stakes conversations with boards, investors, or senior stakeholders and want to show up with greater authority and precision
- Internal tension, miscommunication, or misalignment is quietly costing your team time, talent, and results
- You’re influencing across silos, cultures, or power dynamics and need a more strategic approach
- You’re performing well but you sense there’s a version of yourself as a leader that you haven’t fully accessed yet
Executive coaching with Robin is a confidential and high-trust partnership, designed for leaders who are ready to lead at the level they’ve earned.
My approach fosters better communication, aligning you with your organizational culture, and implementing feedback loops to improve both your leadership style and your team’s effectiveness. I have found this inclusive approach is the key to success, and I am known and recognized for this.
How We Work Together
Executive and Leadership Coaching
Executive/Leadership Coaching focuses on critical areas: Leadership Identity, Change Navigation, Effective Communication, and Leadership Style. Together, we build your leadership identity through a deep understanding of your values, strengths, and vision. We coach how you navigate change strategically, and how effective is your communication in the boardroom or across the organization. These are key to conveying a compelling vision and fostering alignment. Your leadership style significantly influences team dynamics and organizational culture. By cultivating an environment where others feel at ease providing feedback, you demonstrate a commitment to your continuous improvement. This commitment becomes a testament to your leadership, allowing you to own your success while inspiring and empowering those around you to do the same. Your Executive Coaching includes the 360LiC assessment.
Executive Leadership Team Alignment and Coaching
What is it? Leadership Alignment is the cohesive integration of individual strengths, skills, and perspectives within a leadership team to collectively pursue a shared vision and strategic goals. Achieving alignment among team members ensures a unified approach to decision-making, problem-solving, and execution of initiatives. It involves fostering open communication, trust, and a shared understanding of the organization’s mission.
I work with you and your leadership team or board to create a shared vision, strategy and implementation process. You and your team can commit to collaboration, mutual respect, and overall organizational performance. You’ll have greater success navigating challenges, capitalizing on opportunities, and fostering a resilient and high-performing leadership team.
Leadership 360 Assessment
As your Executive Coach, I will tailor our coaching sessions to address your specific needs. If you require concentrated coaching on your interpersonal communication skills, we will work together to create a professional development roadmap, utilizing my Advanced 360LiC assessment and any prior development assessments.
The 360 LiC assessment provides essential insights into how your leadership team perceives your executive leadership and presence. It will guide your success by shedding light on their expectations. This is not a traditional 360. You personally select the 6-8 stakeholders to provide the most productive feedback core. These stakeholders can range from Board members to leaders to skip levels. This assessment is meant to provide themes for change and support your leadership transformation. The Themes will guide your professional development plan.
Organizational Culture Audit
Assessing the organizational culture is essential for fostering a focused and thriving environment. The Organizational CultureTalk Audit provides invaluable insights into the current cultural landscape of the organization. By using this assessment, we can identify discrepancies between the desired and actual cultures, creating strategies to bridge these gaps. This proactive approach has the potential to enhance levels of success and foster a more positive work environment for both you and your team.
This organizational audit is particularly beneficial for newly appointed leaders seeking a deeper understanding of the existing culture. It is equally beneficial in Merger & Acquisition situations where the objective is to establish a new, unified culture. Additionally, it proves valuable for leadership tasked with revitalizing a company facing a decline in productivity and performance.
In my role as your Executive and Leadership Team Coach, I provide guidance in interpreting audit results and we will collaboratively developing plans to address any identified issues. Our shared objective is to ensure sustained success for both you and your team.

Client Testimonials About Robin
Dr. Raul Cardenas, Jr. | President & CEO, Mullen High School
Robin’s coaching style is extremely personal, direct, honest, professional, and COMPASSIONATE. She has been an incredible “thought partner” for me, always there to give me a lens that is helpful and useful. Robin is a tremendous listener, who does so without judgement. Today I consider Robin not only a friend, but also a truly trusted colleague, a member of my most inner circle, and absolutely the best strategic advisor that a CEO could have.
Reid Benes | Chief Experience Officer, Head of Design, SportsBiz
I initially started working with Robin to improve my skills at managing a difficult employee. Not only did she help me communicate more clearly and effectively while still being kind, I learned to understand the triggers that compromised my ability to stay calm and open to listening. From there we worked on skills, techniques and strategies for leading in an organization that was challenged from a difficult political and cultural perspective. Robin’s job as an executive coach wasn’t to tell me what to do, it was to help me find the right path to accomplish my goals. She builds on your intuition and helps find win-win situations that weren’t obvious initially. I highly recommend Robin to anyone who is looking to get unstuck in their career, or move through a difficult challenge. Robin has unique gifts of insight and experience that she uses to let you uncover a deeper understanding of yourself and the situation you’re in, and, to see a clear path forward.
Katica Roy | CEO, Pipeline Equity
Sometimes we receive coaching to grow or acquire specific skill-sets, only later to realize that those skills also apply to other areas of our development. As my speech coach, Robin Miller helped me craft and communicate my story and message during a pivotal time in my career—as I was transitioning to a global vice president role. With Robin’s guidance, I became adept at holding candid high-stakes discussions, delivering clear presentations, and articulating my vision to stakeholders. From day one, Robin has supported my purpose and talents and I know she will make herself available should I need her support in the future. Robins’ speech coaching not only helped me be a better communicator, it helped me be a better leader.
Tamela Vaughn | Vice President and CIO Pinnacol
I brought Robin Miller on board to work with several of my IT leaders. IT professionals are driven towards tangible technical outcomes and don’t always recognize the importance of interpersonal communication and relationship building as part of their professional growth. Robin’s direct and intuitive approach in coaching my leaders made them uncomfortable at times, but was key to helping them become more self-aware in how their communication styles were landing negatively on people. She helped by providing tools and coaching to shift their communication methods.
The outcomes have been noticeable and I have even received feedback from colleagues that have observed their growth. I highly recommend Robin and ARTiculate. She has made a difference in my organization.
Rick Allen | Head of Custom Analytics, S&P Global Platts
Articulate turned on my voice and pushed me forward—the “quantum leap” improvement in my ability to communicate to colleagues and customers has made me more effective and has made my work more fun! Hilary and Robin and team break the barriers that keep our power and our voices inside. A journey with team Articulate is a must-have investment.
Cory Pfohl | Associate Vice President of Platform Technologies, Pinnacol Assurance
It's great working with Robin. I am a big believer in coaching and she does a great job. It's great having a coach that won't just tell me what I want to hear, but what I need to be hearing to truly improve and get better.
Renny Fagan | President and CEO, Colorado Non Profit Association
Robin Miller provided excellent executive coaching to me over several years. She helped me analyze the problems I brought to her, guided me through self-discovery to choose courses of action and worked with me to change my mental framing of organizational situations. She was always responsive and empathetic. Her coaching greatly helped me navigate the difficult challenges even seasoned executives face.
