Individual Coaching
3, 6 or Year Long Retainers
60 min. sessions with other check ins throughout the month—either virtual or in person—Sessions focus on your real-life and work scenario with actionable take aways. After each session, you get a follow up email with the session recording, notes from the coach, and action items to continue your growth. Coaches are assigned for your specific needs and goals.
