Stand Up

Stand UpIn a meeting, stand when it is your turn to speak.

In a presentation, stand when it is your turn to present.

Standing up allows people to see who is speaking without trying to see around others.

It is not arrogant to stand because it’s not about youit’s about your audience being able to see and hear you.  It’s about them.

Aren’t you often glad when someone stands in a meeting so you can see them?

Be bold, be brave, break the habit, break the standard and do what serves your audience better.    Stand up!
