Art in Communication
We are professional artists bringing our technique and discipline to businesses and leaders around the globe. Decades of professional performance experience — on stage and backstage, in front of the camera and behind the microphone, from musical theatre to Shakespeare to commercials — have given our coaches something most communication consultants don’t have: we know what it actually takes to perform under pressure, connect with an audience, and make every moment count.
We are performers, directors, stage managers, singers, voice-over artists, musicians, and professors. And we bring all of that into the room with you.
We believe in authentic influence. For individuals and teams alike, real influence isn’t manufactured — it’s developed. Our programs are grounded in self-awareness and communication so that greater influence can be felt in leadership, on teams, and with clients.
We coach leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, technology, pharma, healthcare, and telecommunications — and we bring the same rigor and precision to the boardroom that we bring to the stage.

Sengekontacket (“Senge”)
My name is Senge like Benji. I’m named after a body of water on Martha’s Vineyard: Sengekontacket pond. You may know it from the movie Jaws. As a cattle dog, I’m highly intelligent – and fiercely loving. I’ll do anything for a treat.
I had to go to Prickley Pooch class so that I could go into the office. Most of the time – I’m good. As a COVID puppy, I’m figuring out what it’s like to be separated from my humans. Every time they come home, it’s as if they’ve been gone forever. I love them.

Tilly
I’m a great pyrenees protector of my domain. With 3 of my siblings, I moved from Yukon, OK to Denver and was adopted. I love to steal clothing from the house so that I can be chased and to protect my backyard.
My first lessons came from Mountain Pet Rescue in Winterpark, CO. They transported me and told me that a great family would adopt me – they stood behind their promise and showed how much they cared for me. To this I give a WOOF.
