Ease of breathing — all breath images came to me when speaking with my team this am.

Of all the things we accomplished this year, it seemed the most important was not necessarily seen nor noticed until we paused:
We had more space to breathe…
and with that, we had greater joy, more laughter and that translated directly to our clients and the amazing partnerships we were invited into and the transformations created.

Sometimes the biggest changes are small shifts in processes and interactions that change the very atmosphere of work and life.
