Dance – Jiggle – Do a Little Move

Dance-WiggleBring your whole body along to meetings and presentations. So often we seem to focus on just our brains and voices. We need the whole body to be connected for our breath, voice, and communication to connect.
Do a few dance moves on your way down the hall. Have a little extra hip sway as you wash your hands. Find a private spot, put on your headphones and move as only you can.
Forget the headphones, hear your music and move, wiggle, sway, groove — 15 seconds of glorious all out legs, hips, arms and head movement – your voice will be free and you’ll rock it!
Or, if nothing else, you’ll have a great deal more fun.
