Let your words land. Connect with the other person. Picture your words arching away from you and landing on the other.

Careful of yoyo’ing, where you send the message out but pull it back right at the end.  It makes it difficult for your listener to hear the whole message. Follow through all the way to the end. Be brave. Be bold. Believe in your message and connect to your listener!
